NetMeds

A brand-audit for the brand "NetMeds" which includes marketing strategies with few prototypes of making the brand better

Process

1

Selecting an underperforming brand

After selecting Reliance as the parent brand, we were required to list down every brand in the company with its financial share within the company and within its respective industry.

We chose NetMeds as it was underperforming when compared to its competitors like Pharmeasy.

2

Researching and coming up with ideas to help the brand grow

The next step was to conduct primary and secondary research, for which telephonic and in-person interviews were taken and then to come up with 30-40 ideas that will contribute in growing the brand further. The research methods used were Brainstorming and Round-Robin and Marketing Models were Ansoff's Matrix and SWOT Analysis

3

Final Prototyping

The three ideas selected after filtering were Custom and Informative Packaging, NetPresent - a crowdfunding portal and neTracker - an everyday log of all your medicines as per the schedule.

I - NetPresent

A crowd-funding portal on the app which can help the
needy and give back to society.

II- Custom and Informative Packaging

Packaging that educates the user about the contents and the related side-effects of the particular medicine they are consuming

III- neTracker

A  portal on the app that sends you hourly reminder of your medicines and tracks your health progress.
